Agency code
If you have an agency code, enter it on the Join an agency page in the app. If you don't have one, the app shows a code you can use instead.
Agencies on Majlesna
A host joins an agency with its agency code inside the app, and follows the weekly room reward from there. These are the rules as the app shows them.
Joining an agency
For verified hosts
This is for hosts only: you need to be a host first, and to verify your account before you join an agency.
Once only
You join an agency permanently. There is no way back and no way to change it afterwards.
When a code is refused
When the account is already in an agency, when the agency is not active, or when the account owns another agency.
Before you become a host

Link your account first: recharging, withdrawing and joining as a host need a saved account.

Record a 15-second video introducing yourself. It is required to complete the host application.

Agency Center
Agency members find the Agency Center inside the app, with Your agency and this week's data.
The weekly room reward
This reward is for hosts in an agency. The app shows your level, the pearl target and reward for each level, and what remains for you.
- Broadcast duration
- Going live with the mic on for 30 seconds or more counts as starting a broadcast. Accumulating 2 hours or more of broadcast time in a day counts as 1 valid day.
- Host levels
- Weekly data is taken at 23:59:59 local time every Sunday to determine the highest level reached, and that level's reward is given.
- Levels A, B and C
- Require at least 5 valid days and the level's pearl target. If the target is met but there are fewer than 5 broadcast days, the level becomes A-, B- or C-, with 70% of the level's reward.
- Levels D to S
- Have no broadcast duration requirement. If the pearl target is met, the full reward for the level is given.
- Payout
- Settlement is done every Monday, and rewards are distributed before the end of the workday on Wednesday. Pearl earnings can be withdrawn from the Income page.
- Each new week
- The task resets at 0:00 local time every Monday.
If you delete your account
You will no longer appear in your agency. If you have pearls or a withdrawal under review, the app and the account management page show you before anything is deleted.
