Account management

Sign in the same way you sign in to the app, then delete your account permanently from here. You do not need the app installed.

What is deleted and what is kept

Your profile stops being visible to other users. Your name, photo, gender, date of birth, bio, country and notification token are erased, and your email address and account identifiers are replaced with an irreversible one-way hash.
Virtual items and membership benefits associated with the account are lost and cannot be restored.
Messages you already sent to other people, and records of gifts and transactions, remain: they are part of someone else’s history or are records we are required to keep. They are no longer linked to a usable profile.

Can't sign in?

Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account with the subject “Account Deletion Request”, and include your Majlesna ID if you know it. We may ask you to verify that you own the account before we process the request.
